Price: $999.00 per artist/event Deliverables: Two cinematic recap reels and a complete show capture using one camera + access to archive of all footage (great for future promos/content) Format: Provided in both vertical and landscape formats. Audio: A stereo board mix will be recorded by us at the event! Turnaround: Less than 5 to 7 days.
Festival videography
Price: $999.00 per day. Deliverables: One cinematic-style recap each day, three reels daily, one cinematic "After Movie," and a complete archive of all footage for future promotional purposes. Multi-day: On-site overnight parking for a 20' van is required. ** Turnaround: "After Movie" within 30 days; daily delivery of recap reels.
on-tour video/Photo
Price: $499.00 per day. ​ Deliverables: One cinematic-style recap daily, with 5 to 10 photos each day + access to archive of all footage (great for future promos/content) Coverage: We can cover entire runs across the USA or just a part of your tour. Logistics: Revelry handles its own travel expenses and accommodations, traveling in our own dedicated media van. Requirements: Venue parking for a 20' media van, media/tour passes granting full access for two individuals, and a minimum budget of $2,000. Please have your TM reach out for more details. **

Travel & Accommodations**Revelry Studios typically travels in our custom-fitted 20’ Sprinter Van, which serves as gear storage, a media office with high-speed internet, and living quarters if necessary. Please ensure there is adequate parking available on-site.

Rates & EstimatesThe prices shown are estimates, and the final rate will be determined once the project scope is finalized. We understand marketing budgets can be tight, reach out to us and let us know what you are working with.

Deposits & RefundsA 50% holding fee is required for all projects to secure your booking. This fee represents half of the total estimated cost. Full refunds are available if we need to cancel for any reason. However, if the client cancels within 30 days of the main production start date, refunds are not available. We understand that circumstances can change, so please let us know what's happening, and we can usually find alternative arrangements.

Drone & InsuranceRevelry Studios is a fully insured LLC and its operators are Part 107 Certified for aerial photography and videography.

Service RadiusAll rates apply to events within 100 miles of (Boston, MA). Please inquire about any additional travel fees. Tour coverage is (USA) lower 48. Sorry, no international or air travel at this time.
